Originally from south of Boston, MA Jason has been playing music since his family re-located to Ithaca, NY when he was 9. His mother discovered that he had an ear for music when he began playing movie themes on the old upright piano that came with their new farmhouse and from then on it was hours of practice and music recitals. After high school Jason played piano at a hotel in upstate NY and began to teach himself the guitar with the help of friends and fellow musicians. He then moved to Rehoboth Beach, DE and pursued a career in home renovations which eventually led him to property management in Nosara, Costa Rica. During this time he re-discovered his original passion and began playing guitar and singing out at local restaurants and cantinas. After four years he returned to Delaware where he now plays music full time and manages Pura Vida Music as well as other crazy business ventures that he is constantly thinking up. Influenced by the likes of Bob Marley, Jack Johnson, Tom Petty , Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan and many more, Jason is always ready for any atmosphere whether it be an intimate restaurant dinner or a lively happy hour or late night bar crowd. Versatility is an understatement since Jason has been doing solo gigs, duos and full band shows for over five years not to mention DJ services and live music for any wedding or social event. If it's music you want Jason can handle your every need with his experience to read a crowd and reliability to play as long as you need, his reputation among his peers is well known as always being professional and hard working.
